Maria B. Menucci, MD is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism as well as in Internal Medicine.
She graduated in the top 10% of her class from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina. She completed her Internal Medicine residency from MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital in affiliation with Johns Hopkins University and completed an endocrinology fellowship from MedStar Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University.
Dr. Menucci treats all types of endocrine and metabolic disorders and has a particular interest in diabetes, thyroid disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and calcium metabolism abnormalities.
She is a member of the Endocrine Society and the American Medical Association. She enjoys her spare time being with her family, drinking mate, traveling, cooking, reading the Bible and participating in outdoor activities. She speaks fluent Spanish. And most importantly, she is the proud mom of Victoria and Matias; and she is happily married to Gonzalo.
